Lens4Vision.com stocks 90% of the most popular contact lens parameters so we can ship them out to you as soon as possible. If you order a less common prescription it may take slightly longer to process. These include astigmatism, multifocal, high power /cylinder (i.e. XR toric lenses which need to be specially manufactured within 2-4 weeks before shipping out), positive powered and some coloured contact lenses. These types of lenses are custom-made by the manufacturer(s) and will take additional time to process. As a result, shipment(s) are subject to delays outside our control. However, you will be informed of the timeframe by email.

All confirmed orders placed online are normally shipped out within 3-4 business days and at least 5-7 business days for unexpected delays in transportation from the Supplier. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day (Regular Canada Post delivers parcels in an average of 5-7 business days after your order(s) is/are shipped out. Please note that Canada Post and USPS do not guarantee delivery times). As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the shipping details and tracking information for your package. All US order(s) will be shipped through Canada Post, USPS, FedEx or UPS depending on the area and we will certainly use the fastest shipping method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Undeliverable or refused orders, due to incorrect address and/or absence etc., will be refunded in the original form of payment, less the applicable charges.

Please be advised that shipping charges paid by the customer for all shipments are exclusive of customs duties, brokerages and taxes. The customer will be solely responsible for such customs duties, brokerages and taxes in the event that such obligations take place. Shipping time frames for US order(s) do not include any unforeseen custom delay.

Occasionally, there can be an instance when a product is back-ordered and not available for immediate shipment. In such a situation, we will immediately inform you of the nature of the delay and the estimated date of availability of the item(s). The communication with you will be done either by e-mail or phone call. The overall delivery period should not exceed 21 days.
