Returns Policy

  • Returns & Replacements

    30-Day Return Policy : Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided that the box(es) is/are unopened, unmarked, undamaged, and in original condition with packaging. Such returns will receive credit in full, excluding any shipping charges. We cannot accept opened boxes, special effects lenses, high cylinder lenses (i.e. XR lenses which need to be specially manufactured for 2-4 weeks), Vials and "made to order" (MTO) lenses. i.e. Preferences brand lenses, Hydrasoft Brand lenses, Proclear Toric XR, Proclear Multifocal XR, Proclear Multifocal Toric, Frequency 55 Toric XR, Biofinity Toric XR and CV Encore Toric XR, as we are unable to return these to the manufacturers due to no credits and no exchanges. Please note that a $12.00 restocking fee may apply on returned merchandise.

    Orders can only be cancelled if manufacturers/Lens4vision have/has not yet sent out the lens. Cancellation after the manufacturers/Len4vison have/has sent out the lens will incur a $12.00 restocking fee per each manufacturer/order.

    Defective Products : In the unlikely event you receive a defective lens, do not throw the lens away. It may need to be returned to the manufacturer(s) for analysis. Provided the lens manufacturer agrees the lens is defective, a replacement lens will be issued at no cost and shipped free of charge with the next order. Please note that defective lenses may only be exchanged for the exact same lens and prescription. We cannot issue refunds for defective items.

    Return Procedure : Before returning items, please email to return@Lens4vision.com and include your order number, last and first name, the reason(s) for the return in the email. Our customer support department will response your email with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return procedure. This RMA number should be written in the address portion of your return package and copy of your invoice must also be included.

    Please pack your return securely to ensure safe return of your contact lenses. We will not issue credit for damaged item(s) or lost return package(s) during transit to our office. For better protection, item(s) should be returned in a sturdy box with traceable mail.

    Shipping Charges: Due to our aggressive pricing, shipping charges are non-refundable. If your initial order qualified for free shipping and then got returned for a refund, actual shipping charge incurred for the original shipment will be deducted from your refund.

    Refunds: All refunds are issued in the same form of payment used in the original transaction within 10 business days of receiving your return.

    Undeliverable or refused orders, due to incorrect address and/or absence, will be refunded in the original form of payment, less the applicable shipping charges.

  • Cancellation of Order

    Lens4Vision is dedicated to providing excellent customer service to all our customers. If you have any questions regarding your purchase, we will do everything we can to response your concerns. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. As a majority of our stock items will be shipped within 24 hours, it is imperative that the sooner you contact us the faster we may attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped. If an order can be cancelled, there will be cancellation fee of $10.00.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order before it has been processed and/or shipped out. You can still return the item(s) within 30 days according to the terms of our Return Policy. Please note that customers are responsible for all charges associated with the initial shipping and return shipping back to Lens4vision. We process all returns within 10 business days of the receipt of the returned merchandise.
